We're doing the Prize Table again, and boy have we got some fantastic prizes for attendees!

Maybe by morning they will have assembled themselves ;-)

This weekend come join us at the Metro Convention Centre at the Total Health Show! We're gearing up for a fun-filled weekend of healthy and tasty goodies and giveaways and we're looking forward to chatting with you.

We've contacted our friends and contacts at various companies for prizes and boy have they come through! There are pictures below as well as this one that shows only a tiny portion of the things we'll be giving away on their behalf.

On top of this, we have 600 goodie bags to be given out to the first 200 people who come to our booth each day - and since were right at the door, that is most likely going to be the first 200 people to turn up. And yes, I know it's one of the last remaining pages to get rolled into the new look. Funny thing is, I know we're going to hear the question everyone always wants to know when they are filling out ballots: are you going to spam me? If we had the time to spam you, we'd have the time to fish through the website and find the last remaining pages in the old look ;-) Between the new ebook series, health shows, workplace wellness programming, in-house events, networking evenings, educational series, etc., not so much with the spam. I think we're actually more than an month overdue with the newsletter - and at this point, it's just going to wait until we send out the notice to pick up your free e-book at the end of the month, heh. When are we going to spam you exactly?

There are only two of us left in the office now, and I am about to head home to rest up. The giant mess in the top photo there is actually bigger since more stuff arrived today.
