• Set Interval
  This menu item allows you to specify the amount of time, in minutes, between break prompts. The default interval is 25 minutes, but this can be overridden for this session (until RSI Saver is shut down) by this number. The maximum allowable period between exercises is 60 minutes (one hour). Set Default Interval
  Specify the time, in minutes, that RSI Saver will default to using each time the application is started.
• Update Database
  Your computer must be connected to the Internet to perform this function.
  Establishes a connection to the NaturalHealthcare.ca web server and downloads a copy of the exercise database if it has been updated since the last download. This allows you to get new exercises in RSI Saver's randomly generated exercise rotation.
• Visit NHC
  Opens a new browser window to the splash page of NaturalHealthcare.ca (NHC). This can also be accomplished by clicking the NHC logo on RSI Saver itself.
• Exit
  Close the application. Clicking the "x" button in the top right corner puts the application back into your system tray; the only way to shut down the application is to select "Exit" from the main menu.
