Health Tools for Business and Business Tools for Health.
This section splits into two distinct paths:
Workplace Wellness for HR and Business OwnersOn the workplace wellness front, we have a wide range of tools and information available here on NaturalHealthcare.ca, but we have also created a line of workplace wellness tools under our new brand: Wellergize. On this site, you can find:
Helping, Healing, and Holistic BusinessesFor Healthy Business Owners (Practitioners, Store Owners, Distributors) we have a variety of content, including free B2B classified ads, event listings where you can promote your workshops and sessions (we actually developed the Canada Events Calendar in response to demand here), and our Practitioner Forum is now live. This new feature allows you to find other people in your area who want to exchange services or even products - a mini-bartering network only much more casual than the big formal ones - and targeted to the health and wellness sector. Click here to find out all the ways you can benefit from NaturalHealthcare.ca, complete with links. Social MediaIf you use Twitter, we are also big fans of forwarding (retweeting) your news and event information. Just notify us @NHCnews or @NHCTalk. (The NHCTalk account is our answerback account; everything the main account says turns up on the site, so we instituted the second account to send any messages that we don't want turning up here.) You can also join us on Facebook (yes we hate the term "fan page" too - it just has more functionality than the groups option). Perhaps you will be able to answer questions from potential clients and demonstrate your expertise. New! The Student's Guide to Natural Health Training is in development! You can share your wisdom with those just starting out and those who are just at the point of considering a career change here. In the January of 2011, you will be able to search the database of schools to find programs that will enable you to create the successful natural health career you want. Getting ListedYou may have noticed the new enhanced profiles (here's an example) with multimedia options. The basic listing now has a link to your website, and the enhanced listing lets you use a full range of tools to speak to your audience - literally and figuratively. In addition to the basic listing contents, the enhanced listing has:
You can find out more about the new listings here. Information on this website is for information purposes only. |
