Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction (mbsr)
Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is a form of open monitoring, characterized by theta activity in the brain. Described as "moment-to-moment non-judgmental awareness", MBSR is similar to Buddhist meditation, but without religious affiliation.
